I spend as little time in the news cycle, on social media and I do not listen to any podcasts anymore. I spend most of my time in prayer, meditation and creating. Centering myself and grounding are very important. Maintaining peace and a high frequency takes a lot of work. I keep all of my friends in prayer... that means you too.
